Meet Mas de l'Avit, a characterful 18th-century farmhouse in the heart of the nature of Grand Pic Saint-Loup. This carefully restored home combines tranquillity and privacy with comfort, charm and space – just 20 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the sandy beach of Palavas-les-Flots.

We stayed at the villa for a week, and had a great time! The villa is located in a beautiful quiet area which we enjoyed a lot. It’s a great place to hang out next to the pool, take trips to the cute villages near by, go on hikes and calm down from the city life. The caretaker, an in-resident artist living on the property, was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come again!

Absolutely fabulous

The photos don't do it justice. It's better than the pictures! It's bigger, it's even more beautiful and relaxing, and it's almost unbelievably picturesque. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié le cadre, le charme du Mas de l’Avit ainsi que la qualité de ses équipements, notamment les jeux extérieurs. Cette ancienne demeure a effectivement été rénovée avec beaucoup de soin afin de préserver son caractère authentique tout en offrant le confort moderne. Merci également pour votre remarque concernant l’escalier d’époque. Son authenticité fait partie du charme de la maison, mais il est vrai qu’il peut demander une attention particulière aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Votre retour sera utile aux futurs voyageurs. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau au Mas de l’Avit ou dans l’une de nos autres propriétés en Languedoc. Toll gelegen, tolles Anwesen, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Chapeau! Ganz ehrlich, es ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern! Nicht so gut für uns war: Großteil vom Geschirr und Besteck war schmutzig (mit Essensresten), 1 Sonnenschirm für 6 Personen (der war defekt, ihm fehlten zwei Arme). Man teilt sich den Innenhof mit dem Verwalter (der ist sehr nett). Klopapier reicht nur bis zum nächsten Morgen (zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man 15 min). Das Gute daran: in St. Martin de Londres ist sonntags ein toller Markt.

Très beau mas et bergerie du 18e siècle, le tout restauré avec soin et simplicité. Beaux espaces intérieurs. Au coeur de la guarrigue montpelliéraine, calme absolu garanti. Accès facile et position idéale à proximité des paysages remarquables de cet arrière-pays à découvrir, entre garrigues et Causses. La mer n'est pas loin, mais la maison donne sur une belle piscine avec une vue ouverte sur forêt et champs. Gardien à proximité et hôte réactif en cas de besoin.
