Clean, sunny and well appointed. Quiet place with Nice beds with decent bathroom and there were portable fans to use in our bedrooms. Great location and three passcode/locked entry doors (building, units and specific room). The stairs were a bit janky, a large puddle formed at the bottom of one flight that soaked my wife’s shoes, and bathroom needs stronger fan. And WiFi needs to be stronger throughout the apt (no reach into the bedrooms). But we’d recommend this place if looking convenient lodging near notre dame!

The property had a great location for local restaurants, bars, and sites. However, because it was so close to restaurants and bars it was also loud at night. Getting to the property at night was very difficult and hard to find. The 5 flights of stairs were old and hard to navigate. Walking distance to sites, attractions and transportation was very convenient.

No lights, dark hallways, 5 story climb on old and difficult steps. Finding the property through winding and side turns was extremely hard ... ESPECIALLY at night.

Location, location, location

The actual apartment was great and the location within the Latin Quarter could not have been better. Taking away from the overall experience was the surround square and entrance which was fairly dirty. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke from outside was unpleasant. All things considered we did enjoy our stay here and it met our expectations. Oh yeah, I forgot to say…lots of stairs NO Elevator.
