There were two major issues. Firstly, there was a broken tile in the kids' bathroom, right at the point of exiting the shower. We had to place towels on it which of course kept shifting. This was dangerous. Second, the Wifi in the basement was very weak and unstable on arrival, worked for a moment and then stopped altogether. I reached out for support on evening one of arrival, lots of apologies but no solutions. Same on day 2 and 3. The Wifi was a major problem as we selected the property based on the separated areas so that I could do zooms while the kids were in a different area. No Wifi in the basement meant no separate area. Ugh. I sent feedback directly to the support team on Wednesday before our departure - acknowledgement but no reply.

This flat was just a block away from the Louvre and 2 main train stations, it was absolutely ideal for our family to reach all the places we wanted to visit all over Paris, The place was recently renovated and tidy and suited our family of 5 well, The only problem we encountered was that the wifi wasn't working in the building but the property management company was very prompt in trying to fix this for us, Also, please be aware that this flat is on the ground floor which is convenient in Paris if you don't want to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs but we also had to keep our windows shut at night because of the noise from the street, Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for its cleanliness and location,
