The apartment was great. The location was perfect and it was nice to have two showers. You can see the Eiffel Tower when you walk out the front door! The area was pretty loud at night and one night there was gunfire/police activity. I’m rating this low because of the customer service. On our day of arrival the AC wouldn’t turn on. It took almost 48 hours and a lot of back and forth via phone and email to get a resolution. It did finally start to work, but still didn’t cool the apartment down completely.

Waited to get my last payment so I could put it on a no-foreign fee card. Belleville paid it early and I was charged 250 extra. Big mistake on their part, but got no money back. No light in the 1/2 bath, large tub had a stopper that did not work /no baths for 3 weeks— we had young children , no luggage racks so we lived out of out suitcases on the floor, 6 hangers were supplied for 5 people, coffee machine leaked and only worked once in a while. I got very nice emails almost every day saying if there are any problems to contact them. I emailed at least 5 times with questions——no answer. Their communication was really poor. Location was good..close to Eiffel Tower, metro etc. but had to get used to an older building with plumbing noises. I felt it was expensive to have so many issues
