Bonjour Alain, Merci d'avoir partagé votre avis. Cordialement, GuestReady Team

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing to stay with us. It’s great to hear that you found our accommodation well-located, clean, and modern. We appreciate your feedback about the thin walls and the noise from the front door; this is already being looked at to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to accommodate your request for an upper-floor room on your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Best regards, GuestReady Team

Thank you, Grace, for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted you found the room beautiful and in a convenient location. Your comfort is our priority, and we're truly sorry for the disturbances you encountered with noise and the fire alarm. We're currently looking into the noise issue and have already ensured that the fire alarm system is functioning correctly to prevent false alerts. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future for a better experience. Safe travels and all the best! GuestReady Team
