Condominium is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Lots of stuff in kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils, multiple small appliances, lots of dishes(plastic for young kids too), silverware, storage containers and glasses!! Well stocked towels for showering and hot tub. Nice throw blankets in rooms and tv areas. Condominium was clean, hot tub clean, nice grill and fireplace was cozy. The condominium has nice space for our family of 7. We had 2 SUVs that fit in heated garage and a truck in the driveway. The condominium is just a few minutes from WP base and MJ base areas and easy to get to dinners or shopping in Winter Park, Fraser or Tabernash.

Perfect place for family

This home was absolutely perfect for our spring break ski stay! The layout of the home is perfect for families! 2 rooms w king beds that are both like master suites (one up and one down) and each bedroom had en suite bathrooms. Loved the downstairs game room are with the most comfortable couch! The kitchen was well stocked - the most well stocked of any rental I've ever stayed at! It had everything including spices and oils and pressure cooker and ninjas and just so many things! We cooked a lot and it was great! I was truly impressed with this property! Access to the winter park resort was easy and we found parking at vintage lot and taking the cabriolet over was easiest! We did not use the shuttle but saw that it was nearby. Incredible place!

Love 609 Trailside

One of the best rentals I've ever stayed in! It's clean and well appointed! The beds are comfortable and views of the mountains are beautiful. It was great for two families of 4. My only suggestions would be to have a couple more towels in the bathrooms and add a first aid kit (we needed a bandage and couldn't find one), otherwise a perfect property!

Wonderful home in a wonderful location!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at 609! The home itself was immaculate, cozy, and right across from Winter Park Resort which was incredibly convenient for our ski trip. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The views from the hot tub after a long day on the mountain just made it that much better. I would absolutely book again, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting Winter Park!

Greatest Ski Trip location ever! Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything necessary to feed a hungry crew. Plenty of room- Fabulous Hot tub for Apres Ski and, most importantly, very short walk to shuttle pick up! You had us the second we saw the Moose head! Highly recommend this location for a Fantastic Trip!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

I'm comfortable saying this was the best vacation rental I've ever had. This relatively new home is well designed, decorated, maintained, and cleaned. The entire home is well-stocked with everything one might need. Shuttle bus stops about 100 yards uphill from the property, but we found the shuttle service (provided by the town) to be a bit slow and unpredictable. Still better than dealing with parking, though.

Loved the place

Awesome place to stay in we loved the views! The place was super clean by far one of best places we have stayed at well stocked! Only thing we where not prepared for was the elevation! It is over 10k feet I never thought to research how it would affect us. My wife had elevation sickness for over 24 hours.we have stayed at places that where 7-8k in elevation n ver had problems I guess the extra 2k do make difference. Headaches, dizziness and it is hard to breathe indoors at least for us. I wish there was a warning about that or if there was I missed it. Overall loved the place and staff was super friendly and helpful.outdoor Fireplace instructions where not super clear as there is a valve on side of house that you have to open in order for it to work, bit frustrating but figured it out.

Spacious and beautifully decorated townhome close to the slopes

Three families (6 adults, 4 children) stayed at Lakota Trailside 609 the week between Christmas and New Years and we absolutely loved it! The unit is very large - the extra living area and bunk room were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked with staples like sugar and salt. the house is perfectly decorated but not overly decorated. The bedrooms are huge and all bedrooms have an attached bath. The whole home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival. We would stay here again!

Great Vacation in this property

This is our third time traveling to Winter Park and staying at a property managed by Winter Park Lodging Company. The house was in top shape with all the amenities we needed. Best part is the view of the slopes, especially at night when the runs are getting groomed. Thank you and we will be back next year. Highly recommend!

Magical Experience

Stop looking, this is THE house! Wonderful location nestled on the hillside of Winter Park. Easy ride on the bus to the slopes - faster than parking and walking! This house is new, clean, organized, and comfortable. Awesomely laid out for kids to enjoy the downstairs area and adults to congregate upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. We highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Perfect mountain retreat

Perfect space for two couples + kids. Very comfortable, beautiful views, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Property manager was very welcoming and responsive.

Lakota Trailside 609

Once again this year we had a wonderful time. We celebrated my 70th birthday, had great weather and snow. I've skied WP/MJ for 44 years and we raised our kids skiing on this mountain and enjoying the WP area. Everyone enjoyed this beautiful home again, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. Absolute Perfection

This house is the perfect ski rental. It fit our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) with plenty of space for everyone. The owners have decorated the place very nicely and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Seriously one of the best stocked rental houses we have ever stayed at. You can tell how much thought the owners have put into everything. Plus, the views from the family room are beautiful to enjoy every morning. Great in Every Way

We rented this home for our extended family during a ski race and it was absolutely perfect. The setup is great - each bedroom has its own bathroom, the main living spaces are nice and open, and the views of the mountain (and the race course) are amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, the decor was modern and very high end, and the outdoor private hot tub was a nice bonus. This is really a special place!

Amazing home, perfect location!

The pictures of the home are amazing, and the home is even better than the pictures show! You will love your stay at Lakota. We had one small hiccup with the hot tub and the management company helped out immediately. I’d like to stay here every time I visited Winter Park if it were available.
