Positives: clean and light clear instructions (easy heating, hot water etc) great location Negatives:- inflexible check in and check out times- some damage to the property which wasn’t mentioned in listing - could hear neighbour clearly through the floor

Lovely location

The property is nicely located near the beach, bus stations, coffee shops and (God forbid the hospital if needed) - The property manager was very fast at responding. I would not recommend the property for elder people with knee issues. My husband, my daughter and I found it fun to climb the 53 steps however i can see it being tough for older people. Overall a great location.

Brighton stay for nine nights

Overall a good stay. Kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The flat was advertised as havng a refurbished bathroom but there is a plumbing problem and the shower/tub does not drain properly. The shower wall leaks and water puddles on the floor beside the shower. I notified the host after we used the shower for the first time. We stayed for nine nights and the plumbing problem was not fixed during that time.

While we did try to address the issue as soon as it was reported, we regret that the repair took longer than expected and wasn’t completed before your departure. Please rest assured that the necessary repairs have now been carried out to ensure this doesn't affect future guests.
