Lovely residential area, a leisurely stroll in to town (with a good little hill climb to keep you healthy!). Comfortable rooms and homely feel.

Very homely

The house is a rare mix of feeling both homely and practical for a holiday house. We loved that it had so much character. It’s in a peaceful spot and a good retreat to return to at the end of a busy day. Comfortable beds and we all slept well, except for the noisy seagulls. Walking distance to a few nice pubs, parks and coffee spots. We found paid parking on the road near by, but it’s not cheap

Lovely house, perfect four our young family of five. Really enjoyed our time together here. Parking on street outside. About 15-20 mins walk to Brighton seafront to all the attractions. Lots to do for families, and having been here lots for stays and nights out pre-children, we weren't sure if Brighton would have so much to offer but we were so impressed. Also we had fantastic weather! A great house to base yourself in Brighton.
