Basic Seafront Apt-Short Walk to Sottotorre Beach
This 75 sqm apartment on three levels in Calasetta is not a design suite and is unpretentious: the decor is simple, dated and spartan, designed as a practical and functional base for an authentic vacation.
But if the freedom to go out on foot, the proximity to the beach and the center and a breathtaking view matter more to you, this house will give you unforgettable moments. The real jewel is the terrace on the first floor : an extraordinary panoramic view that embraces the crystal clear sea and the spectacular sunsets of Calasetta.
The structure at a glance:
Maximum simplicity inside: An essential kitchen-living room on the ground floor (with fridge, freezer and gas stove), a nostalgic double bedroom + a full bathroom on the first floor
All the outdoor space: In addition to the panoramic terrace, you have a small space on the ground floor for outdoor dining and the use of the communal barbecue.
Zero stress: Private parking included (essential in summer considering the prices of paid parking) and the Sottotorre Beach in front of the apartment.
Digital Detox: The apartment is equipped only with fans and has no internet connection, ideal for disconnecting from the daily hustle and bustle.
If you are looking for the most authentic Sardinia, the scents of the seaside village and a quiet haven to recharge yourself in front of the sea, we are waiting for you.
To ensure the decoration of the complex and respect for the environment (as well as to avoid unpleasant visits by local fauna under the summer sun!) , we ask for maximum collaboration with separate waste collection.
In the rear area of the condominium there is a private ecological island , where you can conveniently hand over the waste separated during your stay
City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
Extra: EXTRA CLEANING € 18,00 Per hour per operator (required), EXTRA LINEN € 15,00 Per person per week (upon request)

Welcome to our facility! To guarantee you an ideal stay and preserve the quiet of the condominium complex, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following house rules.
Arrival, Security and Legal Compliance
Fast Check-in Procedure: Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a fast check-in link . It is mandatory to complete this online procedure before arrival to allow for proper bureaucratic management and to guarantee you quick and smooth access to the facility.
Short Rental Agreement: In accordance with current Italian legislation on short rentals (Legislative Decree 50/2017 and provisions of the Revenue Agency ), for all stays of less than 30 days it is mandatory to sign a written tourist rental agreement . Since this is a short stay, the contract is not subject to tax registration (exempt from registration and stamp duty), but the digital signature of the document through OTP is an essential legal requirement to access the property.
Identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid identity document (through the fast check-in procedure before arrival) and show it to the check-in operator upon arrival at the facility for the mandatory transmission of data to the Public Security authorities (Web Housing Portal of the State Police).
Security Deposit for Damages: To guarantee any damage to the property, to the furniture, to the equipment or for the loss of the keys, a credit card will be requested (prepaid cards or debit cards are not accepted) on which a temporary block will be made (pre-authorization). The amount is not a charge and will be automatically unlocked after check-out, following the verification of the condition of the apartment.
Unregistered guests: Access to the structure, pool and common areas is not allowed to strangers or not included in the initial booking, unless authorized in advance.
Security of the complex: We ask you to ensure that the entrance gates of the condominium remain closed at all times. When you leave, check that the windows are closed and the front door is locked and remember to turn off the air conditioners.
