Large spaces, 7 bedrooms, unique beachfront location, extensive gardens and a private swimming pool: Villa JustRelax combines all of this and even more. Enjoying the most breathtaking setting right on the sandy bay of Almyros, near Acharavi, the villa is surrounded by extensive private gardens, features a virtually private beach, and is the ideal choice for large families or group of friends looking for the perfect setting in a relaxing, no frills environment yet surrounded by the most modern comforts. The villa can sleep up to 16 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and will surprise for its space, views, surroundings and features. Sunbath on the beach, splash by the newly added pool, enjoy a delicious charcoal grilled meal outside while pampered by the sound of the waves, play in the extensive gardens with lawn: Villa JustRelax will surprise you! Inside, Villa JustRelax is set over 3 floors. The ground floors features a large, well equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area for all the guests and sofa / seating area. Patio door lead outside to the circular front terrace equipped with a large dining table. On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with bathtub + shower over. Stairs lead up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 additional bedrooms, all en-suite, 2 doubles and one twin. The views are absolutely stunning and stretch from Sidari cliffs (with an amazing sunset every day) to the Albanian mountains in the distance. The 2 extra bedrooms and shower room are located on the upper floor. Featuring beamed ceilings (lower height), futon-style lower beds, and accessed via a spiral staircase, this floor is particularly suitable for children and teenagers.One of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other one features 4 single beds. These bedrooms share a shower room. For the comfort of our guests all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included on the rental price). Outside, Villa JustRelax is a true heaven in the most idyllic beachfront location of Corfu. Extensive gardens with lawn, Mediterranean flowers and shrubs surround the villa both at the front and at the back, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the shining Greek sunshine. For the lover of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue with pizza oven is available, together with outdoor dining area. A newly added pool, completes the setting. The pool is 40sqm in size and is provided with comfortable sunbeds. What a better setting for a refreshing dip after a day on the beach or exploring the island? Private parking is also available within the premises. NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. The pool and the yard are a great bonus for families. Being right on the beach was such a dream. We got to watch a beautiful sunset each night from the beachthe villa balcony. The host is very responsive and helpful. Anything we needed she was available within seconds to assist us.

Wonderful

The villa’s location is truly wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. What a wonderful treat it is to wake up in the morning and breathe in the sea air in such a peaceful setting. We created unforgettable memories watching the sunset in the evening with a cup of tea. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free and straightforward. It was truly lovely. There should also be a few more cutlery items in the kitchen to cater for large groups of visitors.

We had a truly fantastic stay here - we were a group of 13 in Corfu for a hen do. The villa was spacious, comfortable and perfect for a big group. There was plenty of bathrooms and we even had a few spare beds, so was perfect for big groups. There were two fridges and plenty of utensils/plates/glassware for everyone in the kitchen. There is so much outdoor space & sunloungers, not overlooked & right on the beach which had beautiful sunsets. The local cafes & restaurants had everything we needed, the supermarket was a walk/bike ride away but very well-stocked. I can’t recommend the villa enough - Maria & Hara were so responsive and helpful before staying and whilst at the villa. Everything was fantastic, thanks so much!

Maria's home facilitated such a gorgeous holiday, and we couldn't have asked for a more tranquil temporary home for a group of friends. The best feature of this property is the location it is stunning with proximity to the beach and sea. The small supermarket next door is convenient but expensive compared with the stores in Acharavi. It requires sereral floors to be replaced as water has lifted the laminate leaving raised edges. A settee being supported by yoga bricks and the lovely pool having several under water pool lights floating loose. The host was lovely and helpful and honest about these and other problems.Last moan 1 wine glass for up to 16 guests. ? Please invest some of your large income on improving and maintaining this large comfortable Villa that could really be very stunning ?

Me and 11 of my friends stayed here for four nights and it was great! The villa has everything you need for a big group. The pool is perfect. There’s a local market next door and close restaurants. The town is about 20 mins walk. Very private property as well. Really really recommend this accom. Host was lovely and very responsive - always helping us out whenever we needed it. Thank you to Maria and Hara for a great holiday.

Great for the groups who like space and quite place

It is a great villa with amazing access to the beach (no crowds at the beach), a new pool, and a big yard. Plenty of space for different activities and parking spots in the yard. Nice balcony and barbecue! Recommendation for everyone who wants to go on a vacation with a private villa, a quiet place, nice mountains, and stunning views. The cleaning lady changes our bed sheets every 7 days.

Excellent location for a holiday!

The large house is perfect for big family gatherings. 5 mn walk to the beach , surrounded by a garden and nice pool. The kitchen is well equipped, there are big tables for joint meals. The rooms are spread in 3 levels which enables some privacy. Maintenance could be better. In one of the rooms facing the sea there is a smell of humidity. The garden is quite neglected.

Amazing location

Amazing location. Short walk into town, even shorter walk to several great tavernas. The stretch of beach at the end of the garden, and the adjacent facilities (good coffee/drinks bar, small footprint of beach sun beds/parasols, well stocked minimart), all felt like our exclusive private amenities at times.
