Welcome to Mullins Beach Houses—a spacious, newly renovated 8-bedroom retreat on the Platinum Coast of Barbados. Just a 5-minute walk to Mullins Beach, you’re steps from crystal-clear waters, top restaurants like Sea Shed, and local favorites like Larry Roger’s Adrian’s Bar, Local and Co, Biai and Juma’s.

Absolutely amazing stay!The booking process was seamless and i had a lovely welcoming call from the owner who put me in touch with the property manager Kalista.Kalista was phenomenal! We communicated via WhatsApp before we arrived and she arranged our transfer which was great. Kaliata was there to meet us on arrival and anything we needed for the duration of the stay, she was super accomadating.The property is in a great location, a short 7minute walk down a straigh road to the beach and simply beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed jumping on the bus as well as using Kalistas references of great cab drivers.We will definitely be returning.

Liese & Steve Cossy: the dynamic duo behind the newly renovated Mullins Beach Houses!

In 2024, they bought Mullins Beach Houses, a property that had fallen into disrepair. After spending the year gutting and transforming it, they’ve turned it into a true island oasis.

Liese, with years of experience in hospitality, ran the award-winning Leyland Country House in the New Forest, featured on Channel 4’s Three in a Bed, where she raised four children. She also has a natural flair for interior design, bringing style and comfort to every corner of Mullins Beach Houses.

Steve previously ran the highly successful Newbury Bathrooms design business in the UK before retiring to Barbados.

Lovers of travel, wine, food and adventure, Liese & Steve are knowledgeable about the island and ready to make your stay unforgettable.

After living such busy, successful lives, the pair found it hard to retire and relax for too long and decided to take on a new project — and that’s when Mullins Beach Houses was born.

✨ Now, it’s your turn to experience their hard work and vision!
