Villa Campoluce is a welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, in the Marche countryside, at a short distance from the sea. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Campoluce you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the surrounding hills and of the sea at a distance. Villa Campoluce is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.3 km (2.7 miles) from the center of Cupra Marittima, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), a grocery store and the closest beach (Cupra Marittima beach) at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles). You will reach Villa Campoluce from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Campoluce you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 16 square meters (172 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by fruit trees.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for six cars. In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (please note that the use of the charging point is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). First Apartment, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The room has a high window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. The ceiling of the first kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has three windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
Second Apartment, First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room through an external access, climbing 16 steps. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple, and include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. There is a small fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bench. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has three single beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.

The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo bathtub with shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
Bathroom 4
The fourth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area.
