Betsy place was nice , clean and cozy , I enjoyed my stay with the family , up to the expectations

Scam property do not stay here

This is a scam place. The owner Betsy did not exist and we waited outside for over an hour. Some man showed up said he was the owner. Let us inside and there was no running water. Could not use the toilet. Left immediately and did not stay. Was not a safe place. Do not come here.

Completely misleading description

The property advertised a pool, which they had. However there was NO access for the rental unit. The owner took over a week to reply to the first message and then did not reply to additional questions asked during the stay. The owners had a private party at the pool on Saturday night until after 10pm. The AC worked and there was a bed, not much past that. Completely false advertisement

Never heard from "Betsy"

Arrived still without code for the door. After emailing the owner, I received a code that did not work. A woman staying in the large part of the house gave me a code that worked! How did she know it???? When I headed to bed that night, there were no fresh sheets on the bed, fresh pillow cases but not sheets. There was an older sheet functioning as a mattress cover. I contacted the owner and never got a response. The bars for the towels in the bathroom were missing or broken. The kitchenette was undersupplied. The unit was very clean, and the outside porch was pleasant, there was no access to the pool, and behind the unit, there is a pigeon roost with birds let out during the day. There is a broken, boarded up window in the front of the house. And instead of twin beds as pictured, it was a single double bed.

The house it’s in Brandon area wich it’s a very safe and quiet the apartment it’s in from of a church with a big driveway for capacity of 3 car or trucks . It’s 15 min from downtown and 18 min from Apollo beach
