Large one bedroom apartment with all the upgrades, a separate den, eat in kitchen, washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. HD televisions, WiFi and all the charm of a newly remodeled home. There is also a back covered patio for lounging and a Bar-b-Que grill waiting for the grill-master in you. Close to everything including Historic Ybor City, Tampa River walk, Airport, Shops and Tons of Restaurants.

Good location for me. The kitchen was missing bowls and dish cloths and towels. Very easy access to I275. Most everything else was good except having to spend one day taken to replace toilet in the bathroom.

Some furnishings need to be up graded; bedding and pillows - of all kinds, bed and throw pillows need to be replaced!Doesn’t have to be new, but they had their better days.Nonetheless, we made memories and we thank you for sharing your home with us.

all items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival, shower is either extremely hot or cold, photos displaying the property are much nicer and put together compared to what we saw upon arrival. no mention of other residents staying in a close proximity to this apartment. check in process was fine and the stay was manageable but not ideal

Wedding stay

We where down for a couple of night for a wedding. Beautiful place to stay. Rooms where clean and we where located close to downtown. We will definitely be using this listing again when we are back down.

Good accomodations for two. Not far from highway, airport access yet in a modest neighborhood setting of small homes. Nice, modern kitchen renovation. ? There was no winery experience!?

Perfect getaway!!

Cold drinks, snacks, coffee and many essentials were provided when we arrived! So welcoming! The location is very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!
