This apartment has access to the beach, crossing the ferry lagoon, and is located near shopping malls, cinemas, and a wide variety of restaurants. Barra da Tijuca is a neighborhood with excellent infrastructure, which makes it easy to move to other regions. However, you will certainly find everything you need without having to leave Barra!

For greater transparency in communication, here are important information about access cards:

• The documentation of all guests must be sent MANDATORILY until the second-to-last business day before check-in. Without compliance with this measure, the guest will not be able to stay in the accommodation.

• For garage use, it is necessary to use the parking access card (1 available), which is also required for the first access.

• To cross the ferry lagoon, you must also carry access cards (4 available).

⚠️ Attention: all cards must be left in the apartment after check out. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$ 90.00 per card.

So that everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The front desk is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not allowed to make noise after 10 PM (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that all electrical equipment is turned off. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out before 11 AM. If you want to ensure early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24h before arrival.
