Villa Salobre Terraza Uno is a stylish two-storey villa located in the tranquil Salobre Golf Resort in southern Gran Canaria. With the capacity to accommodate up to four guests, this modern property offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool, and a beautifully landscaped garden. It provides a peaceful and secluded retreat, while being just a 10-minute drive from the lively areas of Maspalomas and Meloneras, and 40 minutes from the island’s capital.



The ground floor features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with a bathtub. From this room, guests have direct access to a solarium terrace offering delightful views of the resort. The villa's living-dining area, located on the ground floor, opens onto the garden through large sliding doors, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen ensures convenience for self-catering, while air conditioning is available in the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for added comfort.



The exterior of the villa is designed for relaxation and leisure, featuring a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a private pool measuring 6 meters by 2.5 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters, natural grass with loungers, and a gas barbecue. The pool is accessible via a stainless steel ladder and includes a poolside shower.



For added convenience, a personal welcome and key handover are provided until 18:00, with late check-ins available upon request. Guests receive a welcome package with basic products for their first day, and fresh bread is delivered daily. For stays longer than seven nights, a full cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels is included. A cot and highchair can be provided for children under two years of age, upon request.



A refundable deposit of EUR 350 is required to cover any potential damages. This deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to a damage inspection. Guests are encouraged to report any pre-existing damage upon check-in to avoid misunderstandings. A surcharge of EUR 100 applies for accommodating one dog for the duration of the stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but is allowed on open terraces or balconies, with care requested to protect furniture and grass. As the property is situated in a residential area, parties, events, or other disruptive activities are strictly prohibited, and exceeding the stated capacity of guests is not allowed unless previously authorized.
