Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the villa features two elegant bedrooms, each with large windows providing direct access to the garden. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two single beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The property also includes two stylish bathrooms with modern showers, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine, and a chic living area that opens onto a semi-covered terrace.



The villa is thoughtfully arranged on a single level, making it especially suitable for families with children or guests with reduced mobility. The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a private heated swimming pool available for an additional charge, measuring 8 meters by 4 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters. Guests can relax in the sun on the artificial grass lawn, enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area, or cook using the built-in barbecue. This setting ensures a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort while being surrounded by nature.



Located in Salobre Golf Resort, Villa Salobre Golf Ocho provides a secluded retreat, yet it is only a 10-minute drive from the bustling areas of Maspalomas and Meloneras, and 40 minutes from the capital. Gran Canaria’s diverse attractions are all within easy reach by car.



There are some additional costs to note for guests staying at the villa. Pool heating is available for a surcharge, and guests bringing a dog will incur a pet fee of EUR 100 for the entire stay. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 350 is required, which will be returned after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Guests are encouraged to report any pre-existing damages during check-in to avoid misunderstandings.



The villa offers an array of high-quality amenities and services, including a welcome package with basic items for the first day, a daily fresh bread delivery, and a full weekly cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels for stays exceeding seven nights. A cot and highchair can be provided on request for children under two years of age.



To maintain the serene environment of the residential area, parties, events, or any activities that could disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa and is permitted only on open terraces or balconies, where guests are expected to take care to prevent damage to furniture and grass. Overcrowding beyond the booked number of guests is not allowed unless explicitly authorized.
