Additional Costs and Conditions

A refundable deposit of EUR 350 is required to cover potential damages, subject to inspection upon departure.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

For guests traveling with pets, one dog is allowed for a surcharge of EUR 100 for the entire stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, though it is permitted on outdoor terraces. Parties, events, or overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests are not allowed to maintain the residential atmosphere. Non-compliance with these rules may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The villa includes personalized key handover until 18:00 (late check-ins available upon request), a welcome package with basic essentials, daily fresh bread delivery, and a full cleaning service with linen and towel changes for stays longer than seven nights.
