This exquisitely designed villa accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and an additional king-size bedroom in the basement with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The villa’s three modern bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and premium amenities, ensuring every comfort during your stay.



The open-plan living area, flooded with natural light, boasts stylish furnishings, a Smart TV, and direct access to the garden terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals and dine in style. Air conditioning throughout the villa ensures a comfortable stay, no matter the season.



Outside, the private garden terrace is a haven of relaxation, complete with a heated pool (available at an additional charge), sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 1.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
