Casa La Selva:
Fantastic holiday rental home with a private swimming pool and a large terrace with spectacular views, ideal for unforgettable holidays in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and comfort.

The house combines comfort and functionality in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living-dining room offers a perfect space to relax, with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a practical and enjoyable stay.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the upper floor offers two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a double bed. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.

The true highlight of the property is its outdoor area: a magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with open views, perfect for enjoying the sun, sharing outdoor meals, or relaxing with family and friends.

Surrounded by nature and tranquility, the house is also conveniently located close to all services (bars, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.). It is perfectly connected to some of the main destinations in the area:

Only 30 minutes from the Tropical Coast.
35 minutes from Granada.
50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
An ideal place to disconnect, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the authentic essence of southern Spain.

Important information:

The swimming pool is available during the summer months (please ask for opening and closing dates).
Firewood is provided during the winter months and is not included in the rental price.
If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.
