Ground Floor

White Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open plan area, consisted of the main living room and kitchen. The living area offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, 43’’ HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table. Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors.

Additionally, two spacious bedrooms are located on this level. The first bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) with an ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink. The second bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to created a King size bed if necessary. Finally on this level there is a bathroom with double showers and double sinks, as well as a separate WC. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have orthopaedic mattresses and sea views.

Lower Floor

Descending a few steps you will find yourselves in a separate studio, which on the left side, features an additional siting area and home cinema with a 50’’ HDTV, CD and DVD players and free WI-FI connection, guarantee to keep you entertained during your holidays. Furthermore, a gym, equipped with a treadmill, weights and a multi gym machine is also at your disposal. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available.

On your right, a second living room and a second kitchen with dining area, as well as a bedroom, offer more privacy within your group. The bedroom features a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00). Lastly, a bathroom with a shower also exists on this level.

First Floor

The first floor is complemented by an amazing master bedroom features a King size bed (1,70 x 2,10) and an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub, dressing room and safety deposit box, offering stunning sea views from everywhere you stand thanks to large windows.

Outdoor Layout

The outdoor area of White Pearl Villa is beautifully landscaped, perfectly suited for experiencing great sunset moments, as it enjoys panoramic views of Elounda bay and Spinaloga peninsula. More specifically, the outdoor area features a variety of amenities which include:

- a 44 m² private, infinity swimming pool (1,50m deep). The pool may be heated for an additional daily cost upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least 1 week advance notice.

- Decked area around the pool, equipped with an outdoor shower and lawn covered area next to the pool

- Outdoor furnished spots for relaxation and a pergola for shade (comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, siting area with sofa and a beautiful hammock)
