Antonella was a delightful host. The breakfasts were simple, plentiful and tasty. Caution: this is a B&B in a great location in Venice, but it is on the 4th floor and you must climb stairs!!

The property is in a great location and easy walking to public transit and main attractions, great restaurants and more. Antonella is lovely and everything was easy and organized. She and her daughter served. Lovely breakfast and gave good recommendations for eating out.

Antonella is an incredible host. She greeted us with a list of great places to eat and drink and see and welcomed us into a cool and perfectly appointed suite. Her cappuccino is great and her breakfasts were a perfect way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Venice,

What a charming place to stay! I figured for the price there was no way the view could be as good as it looked in the pictures. If anything, it was better! Antonella is wonderful as well and cares greatly about the property and her guests. The building is older so there are some quirks (the shower water temperature was inconsistent for example), but they all fit the character. Great view, great location, excellent host. Thank you again Antonella!

The flat was truly an authentic Italian experience. The 4th floor walk up was challenging for a middle age couple who are relatively in good shape carrying 45 pound luggage, Thankfully, it was only one time up and down with the luggage! There are four bedrooms available for rent sharing two bathrooms. The host and her daughter are lovely people who are so welcoming and served us a lovely breakfast before we started our day in Venice. The outdoor space was lovely,

Antonella’s place exceeded our expectations with a beautiful terrace view for breakfast and a comfortable room with A/C. We were within 10-15 minutes walking distance to most everything and enjoyed exploring the city for the two days we stayed. Would definitely come back.

This was a cute little B&B away from the masses of tourists but close to everything. The breakfast terrace and breakfast was the highlight! Just FYI, the B&B is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. Also, the bathrooms are outside of your room/shared. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean.

What a wonderful stay in Venice! Antonella and family were lovely hosts! The B&B is located in a perfect area of Venice, right over a little piazza with the best pizza restaurant in it. The breakfast served was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you for all the hard work!
