This tastefully furnished studio apartment is located within the "Valle degli Ulivi" Residence. It is a very charming studio apartment. Inside, you’ll find a desk, a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer, an LCD TV, a table with chairs, a safe, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. It also features a veranda furnished with a table and chairs for dining outdoors surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. Outside, there’s a barbecue, washbasins, a playground for children, a foosball table, and a pool with a sun deck featuring lounge chairs and umbrellas. In the bathroom, in addition to the toilet, there is a beautiful large shower and complimentary toiletries. Included in the price are hot and cold water, electricity, gas, private on-site parking, the playground, and shared use of the pool. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100 is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay after the apartment has been inspected. You can enjoy our organic olive oil, produced using strictly cold-pressed extraction. We guarantee a peaceful and relaxing vacation in absolute silence. We offer assistance with excursions and ticket purchases. We are entirely at our guests’ disposal to help you discover our region’s beauty, our local area, and the countless beaches and coves in the vicinity. The pool is available from June 1 through September 30, subject to change due to force majeure, and has the following hours: 9:30-12:30 and 15:00-20:00
