Located in an old stone house from the 17th century, composed of 7 apartments, our modern studio apartment features all the necessary (and more) amenities for a luxury holiday near stunning Tivat, at only 10 metres from the sea, with a private beach at our guests' disposal. The private beach is accessible to the whole villa. The gorgeous sea view studio features a king-size bed (180x200cm), a small but full kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, and electric stoves, a recently renovated full bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a splendid balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea, where to enjoy the kiss of the Mediterranean sunlight. Guests have access to free WI-FI throughout the property, sun loungers and umbrellas on our beach, and free public parking near the accommodation. °Children aged 6 and older are allowed to stay at the property.
