In the living room, you can enjoy the air conditioning on warm days, while the apartment is heated by central heating during the winter season. The cozy living room has French doors. The apartment also features a comfortable dining area, an open kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment is located next to a tram station, where you can see an authentic steam train passing by during the summer months.
