This cozy house offers a unique vacation option: lounge peacefully in the pool with beautiful views surrounded by nature while being just a quick ride away from all the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches that the beautiful, historical villages of Kaštela has to offer.
The ground floor features a dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen and an indoor fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings. A set of stairs leads you to the attic, where you'll find a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom, boasting an en-suite bathroom, is accessible from outside the main house, offering added privacy for guests. The property spans approximately 900m² and includes a refreshing pool, an outdoor fireplace/barbecue, and a mini-golf course, providing endless entertainment options.
Additionally, the lush garden and spacious patio areas create a serene environment for relaxation and socializing.
