Villa in Motala near Varamon beach | SE10019

The villa is located in a quiet area in Motala within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is room for 6 people and is a perfect option for the larger family or for friends who want to spend vacation together. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds in two of them and a single bed in one. In the living room there is an extra bed with a thick mattress. In the living room, you can cozy up on the comfortable sofas in front of a good movie and a cozy fire. From here you also have access to the terrace in the back where you can enjoy a lovely barbecue evening during warm summer evenings. Nice kitchen where you can find everything you could possibly need. Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom.



The house has a very good location for those of you who are going to participate in Vätternrundan or tjej/halvvättern. There is a garage where you can lock up your bikes.





To see and do in Motala and the surrounding area



From the house you have walking distance to beautiful Lake Vättern and Varamonbadet with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. There are also restaurants, mini golf, pedal boats for rent etc. It is shallow and child-friendly. There are also wheelchair ramps down to the beach. You can also go to Pariserviken, which is a quiet and cozy place to swim. You can also rent a canoe, SUP, etc. there. There is also a jumping tower.



You can take a walk down to the center and the harbour. There are several cozy restaurants there.



Pay a visit to the Motala motor museum. Out in Råssnäs there is an outdoor gym and exercise track.

If you want to eat good waffles, you should visit the Mallboden in Motala. Nearby are the Borenshult locks where you can watch the boats being locked. Known from the Göta Kanal films.

Visit Vadstena with its cozy alleys, the castle, and the monastery church.



If you are interested in cycle paths and a magical view, you should go to Omberg. Here there are also barbecue areas and Ellen Key's home and beach.



Only an hour away is Kolmådens Djurpark, where you can make a day trip.

Final cleaning is not included but can be selected on your booking: SEK 1200/stay.
