Houses suitable for the large family or several families who want to vacation together. There is room for 12 people and 2 children under the age of 2 who stay free of charge. Several of the bedrooms have bunk beds, which are popular with children. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, large kitchen with dining area and most of what you need plus a small family room. Here you also have a small hall with cleaning storage. Bathroom with shower.



Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, a large TV room with a large sofa for cozy movie nights and a family room with a sofa bed. Up here you also have a toilet.



Terrace for cozy barbecue evenings. On the plot, the children can play, have pentathlon, or play football.





To see and do in Nyköping and the surrounding area



The nearest swimming opportunity with a sandy beach is Sibrobadet approx. 200 m away. There is also the possibility to rent rowing boats, canoes, and pedal boats. You can fish in lake Båven.

Nice nature trails near the house, so take the opportunity to take the dog on a forest walk.



It is 25 km to Nyköping where there is a lot to see and do. Go to the theater in Teaterparken. The brewery in Nyköping has several artisans and artists who exhibit. Pay a visit to Nyköpinghamn, walk along the promenade, and have an ice cream in the sunshine. Here you can also visit one of the restaurants that are available or maybe play a little mini golf.



For the smaller children, there is Fåfängan, which is an enchanted garden with fairytale walks and other fun activities.



There are several city festivals in Nyköping. Everything from culture night in May, early summer party and stage summer evenings with different musical styles.
