Great location

It was a short trip to Rotterdam but this apartment was a short walk from the train station and near all the main architectural attractions. The apartment was perfect with a nice sized living area and 2 roomy bedrooms. Would definitely recommend

Great location and size - customer service lacking

Great location and size of flat. A lot of windows, with poorly fitting curtains (some were not properly attached and I had to re-fit them myself on arrival), so it was very hot and light for trying to sleep in the summer. Kitchen was missing a corkscrew (pretty basic utensil, every holiday let is provided with) host refused to do anything about it at any point throughout the stay and stopped replying to my messages on the matter. So after a long day of travel we couldn’t drink the wine we had bought for the first night of our holiday (/Fathers day), and spent the rest of the stay looking at it. There were loud maintenance works in the common areas until nearly 11pm, which we would have accepted with some communication on when they would finish - but the host bizarrely attempted to deny what we were experiencing, so we spoke to the workmen ourselves (who were pleasant and agreed to stop work soon so that our family could sleep).Over-all, a good place to stay, but questionable customer service.
