Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring a clean and well-kept environment at all times. Guests are kindly required to wear bathing caps when using the pool. The access road leading to the residence extends approximately 100 metres and is a narrow motor route, providing a sense of seclusion within this tranquil residential setting.

Linen changes are available upon request and are subject to a supplementary charge, as is the case with towel changes. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. A car is recommended for guests wishing to explore the wider region comfortably. The apartment features an open living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is a double room that also opens onto the terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor connection. The second room is equipped with 1 bunk bed for 2, likewise with access to the terrace, making it a versatile space for additional guests. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, featuring an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
