This cozy 50 m² studio in Marbella is ideal for 2 persons and offers a perfect beachfront location. It is situated just 30 meters from the sand beach and within walking distance to a variety of local amenities. Guests will find a restaurant only 30 meters away, and a supermarket just 300 meters from the property. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus station located 300 meters away. The studio is also 2 km from a golf course, 4 km from the city center, and 45 km from the nearest airport. The property is in a quiet zone next to the sea, offering a tranquil atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The studio is equipped with modern amenities to ensure comfort during your stay. It features an elevator for easy access, central heating, and air conditioning throughout the house.
