With the pebble beach and award-winning Pier just moments from your door, you’ll enjoy an easy, level walk along the promenade to restaurants, pubs, independent shops, high-street brands, and several major supermarkets.
Built in 1894 and sensitively renovated, the apartment blends modern convenience with charming period features—including original fireplaces in every room and beautifully detailed cornicing. Whilst this is a ground-floor apartment and it is close enough to hear the waves, it does not offer direct sea views.
Everything is located on one level with no stairs, making it ideal for families with young children, older guests, or anyone who prefers step-free accommodation.
A comfortable, character-filled base in one of Deal’s most sought-after spots—perfect for relaxing coastal breaks all year round.
