Villa Taika stands out with its enchanting setting, featuring a 2,500 m² tropical garden adorned with coconut trees and a spacious 120 m² terrace overlooking a 4x3 m pool (1.40 m deep). The villa offers direct access to the lagoon of La Saline-les-Bains, where you can marvel at fine sand, coral reefs, and colorful fish. A paddleboard is available for exploring the reef, either solo or with a companion.

An outdoor shower in the garden makes it easy to rinse off after swimming. Various relaxation areas are provided, including a dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, and a gazebo. A firepit near the pool will warm up cooler evenings, while a charcoal barbecue and a plancha are also at your disposal.

The villa is fully secured with fencing, an automatic gate, and an anti-intrusion alarm system. A large covered parking area includes an electric charging station available for use.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house, two of which have private bathrooms. Two rooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds. An independent, air-conditioned bungalow provides an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and more. The spacious living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows, offers direct views of the garden and pool.

A small lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access complements the living spaces. A laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
