A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen are located in the right wing of the villa and have direct access to a private terrace with a swimming pool and outdoor dining area. Jedes Jahr nur noch diese Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft in einfach perfekt! Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar, sehr bemüht, freundlich und es ist nicht zu übersehen wie kinderfreundlich er ist. Der beheizte Pool ist das Highlight der Unterkunft. Man kann selbst nachts noch in den Pool springen und das stört auch niemanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, ich hatte noch in keiner Unterkunft so viele Gewürze zur Auswahl. Das was ich aus meiner Küche mitgenommen habe, habe ich nicht einmal gebraucht. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum ist zugänglich und gut ausgestattet, man kann also für sich mal zwischendurch saugen oder auch die Wäsche waschen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, sodass die Kinder nicht wegrennen können und die Schaukel war eine gute Abwechslung zum Baden. Die Sommerküche mit dem Grill ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und hat uns so einige schöne Abende beschert. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage, selbst die Sommerküche. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Gelände, es würden drei Autos gut reinpassen. Die Lage empfanden wir gut, man ist über die Schnellstraße in ca 15 Minuten in Zadar wo man Einkäufe erledigen kann oder die Altstadt besuchen. In Sukôsan ist man in bereits 5 Autominuten und kann schon dort die ersten Strände besuchen, Essen gehen oder auch mal Essen bestellen und abholen. Ca 1 Minute fußläufig von der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Laden, dort findet man auch erst mal alles was man benötigt, wir haben uns jeden Morgen dort mit frischen Brot eingedeckt. Im Grunde kann man sich voll mit dem Laden versorgen. Für uns was das definitiv nicht der letzte Aufenthalt hier!
