The villa offers 217 m² of fully air-conditioned living space distributed over two floors. It accommodates up to 10 guests in four comfortable bedrooms with double beds, along with a sofa bed in the living area. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and features an en-suite bathroom, making it practical for guests who prefer fewer stairs. On the first floor, one of the bedrooms includes a bathtub positioned to allow you to unwind while enjoying the sea view. The remaining two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and double washbasin. The ground floor also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen connected to a bright dining area and an inviting living room overlooking the pool. Large glass surfaces allow plenty of natural light and create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. For additional comfort and relaxation, the villa now includes a private sauna and jacuzzi, providing a true wellness experience throughout the year. Guests can also enjoy a roof terrace with open views of Vinišće Bay, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
