Leading from there, a smaller lounge is next to the living room with large windows opening onto the lawn, then a dining room for 8 guests opening onto the kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Gaggenau steam and conventional oven, microwave oven, blender, Sodastream, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, etc. There is a utilities room behind the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
