Villa Verdant sleeps 10 guests, spread over a large secured plot of 4100m², ideal for families to appreciate the vast flat, landscaped gardens of lush manicured lawns.



The 9 x 5m heated pool is set among mature palm and olive trees adjacent to the lawn. There is a pool house equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, which enables al fresco cooking and dining all year round. The house has been decorated recently in a modern classic style with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. The interiors have been finished to a precise standard, with comfortable bedrooms and cosy sofas in both the lounge and TV den area.



The ground floor opens to a large kitchen dining area, leading to the living room with fireplace and TV, There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the garden level and a master suite on the first floor.



One of the bedrooms opens on to an enclosed courtyard with shaded nooks to relax. You will find a covered terrace boardering the house leading from the kitchen idealic for al fresco dining, or lounging on the comfortable outdoor sofas. The tiled terrace by the pool is the optimum space to chill out for aperos and enjoy the sun on comfy sunloungers.

Rates include end of stay cleaning quality bed and bath linen plus pool towels. The pool can be heated on request.
