This is a beautiful home for a big family or group of friends (we had six couples). The views are gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet, natural beach just a few blocks walk away. The house is well supplied with dishes, etc. There are no restaurants close, but a well-stocked Aldi store is a 5 min drive. We barbecued and swam daily. There is a marvelous salt water pool. Pool towels are available to rent, small fee. It is about a 14 minute drive to downtown Marbella or 1/2 hour walk on the beach, some of it boardwalk, some across the sand. Easy on and off the freeway for day trips. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor, an enormous master and 2 additional lovely bedrooms upstairs, 2 small bedrooms downstairs along with a huge multipurpose room. There are hairdryers in several of the bathrooms. An iron is in a little room by the master. There were a few wrinkles that needed to be ironed out. We needed to request more keys for our group. Check-in and check out are listed differently on the VRBO website than the management instructions, so double check that. Instructions for appliances were not readily available, so we often guessed. No soaps in bathrooms; it doesn’t say any are provided, but just be prepared. There is a lot of parking- do have to deal with the funky gate. While we were there, there was a water issue /musty smell downstairs, but hopefully that is being addressed. The local management team is responsive, and helped us with those other minor issues listed above.
