Layout: From the courtyard, you enter an apartment featuring a hallway, a kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a sea view of the beautiful island of Palmarola. The kitchenette/kitchen features a 4-burner stove, a sink with two stainless steel basins, a dish rack, various cabinets and drawers, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a microwave. At the entrance, there is a small courtyard with an utility room containing the washing machine.

Amenities: large refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, moka pot for coffee, water heater, terrace, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, blankets, pillows, etc.

Check-in takes place directly at the property from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; if we’re ready earlier, we can check you in sooner by prior arrangement over the phone

Check-out at 9:30 AM. For final cleaning, please leave the dishes clean, the kitchenette clean, and take out the trash (there are trash cans along the street on the right and left—there is no recycling) and do not smoke inside the apartment to avoid a €50 final cleaning surcharge. Bed and bath linens are available for rent on-site for €10 per person per stay. You may also bring your own linens if you prefer

Type: two-room apartment Area: Le Forna, beach area—Cala Dell’Acqua, Via Piana. Unattended public parking on the main street. You can reserve a scooter or car rental; in that case, upon your request, I’ll send you the apartment’s location via WhatsApp. A security deposit to cover damage to the property is required upon arrival, in cash or by card, in the amount of €100, refundable upon departure after the apartment has been inspected. Extra cleaning during your stay is available at a cost of €10 per hour upon request, if necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to book.
