Buyers Beware!
My family booked this property for a stay of 2 weeks. and we looked forward to staying in it. We found property security excellent. The property itself is great! Services provided by the grounds worker Ephraim was good but we found that he was often frustrated by the lack of support from the property manager. As tenants, we too were frustrated by the property manager. He stopped talking to us after the third day following which he did not bother to answer or return our calls. Full air conditioing (A/C), which was promised for the duration of our stay, was only fulfilled on the first day. Thereafter, a/c coverage became sporadic and rationed. Excuses were given about issues with NEPA. With no reliable electricity coverage, we were unable to use the fridge to store perishable items, so we ended up dining out most of the time which increased our costs and negated one of the main reasons we booked a home. We had to cancel a family get-together when Ephraim told us that he may not have enough fuel for the generator to provide us with light and a/c coverage. But our biggest shock was seeing mice run across the living room floor at least twice. One of our packages of Indomie was chewed through by mice. No doubt this is a beautiful property which we had booked and looked forward to staying in. But rationed electricity with sporadic a/c coverage was not what we paid for. That, coupled with an absentee property manager, made our stay frustrating and unenjoyable.
