Grade II listed penthouse sea view
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Everything you need is on your door step whilst being tucked up Cosey in the nest with sea views and historical views of Regency square it self. Try some oysters at the famous regency cafe just a few doors down and explore the English coast line with ease.
The space
This is a very respectable building with some elderly people who live below so please be mindful and respectful of noise levels especially after 9pm try and tread a little lighter ;)

All areas other than built in wardrobe areas are for use. The built in wardrobe in the bedroom have personal belongings inside and also the built in cupboard by the kitchen is not for public use.
