As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom 1st floor has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The second bathroom ground floor has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please store used in bath on departure.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- All names of people staying and their contact details must be forwarded prior to occupancy.
- Quiet times 10PM - 7AM to kindly respect neighbours who in turn will do the same.
- Absolutely no Parties allowed of any kind failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave without compensation.
- No additional guests are allowed unless pre arranged and names forwarded in advance, no guests are allowed to stay overnight for any reason.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- All rubbish must be removed prior to your departure and disposed of in the provided outside bins to avoid you not to incur additional cleaning fees.
- All dirty dishes / utensils must be washed and put away prior to you departure to avoid you not to incur additional cleaning fees.
- Kindly note that proof of ID is required to check in.
- Kindly note that there is a security deposit of £100.
