Enjoying lovely mountain views from the upper floor, over the roof tops in the Medieval town of Dolgellau, with all amenities including good restaurants, pubs & many independent shops, plus a monthly farmers market. CO-OP & Euro Spar supermarkets are just a 5 min drive.

DOWNSTAIRS:
You enter the cottage into the open-plan lounge/dining area with the kitchen to the rear.

Lounge
A wood burning stove, set in a stone Inglenook fireplace, provides the central feature in this open-plan room. Lounge seats for 4 inc a 2 seater leather settee and 2 period style armchairs. There a double-glazed sash window to the front and also a 28" SMART TV & DVD for your entertainment. A small dining table and 4 chairs are provided.

Kitchen:
The well fitted modern kitchen with block wood worktops has an electric hob, with a built in oven & grill, sink with mixer tap and drainer, undercounted fridge with freezer box, plus all the necessary cooking/eating utensils, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave.
Being a small cottage, there is no freezer space or washing machine, but the Dolgellau laundrette is just round the corner and they do a service wash.
The cellar is available to store bikes and other equipment.

UPSTAIRS:
The upstairs is set over 2 floors. All the bedrooms and stairs have carpeted flooring.

1st Floor Family shower room :
The well fitted contemporary shower room has laminate flooring, a WC, fitted vanity unit/wash basin, step in shower with sliding door and a heated towel rail.

2nd Floor Double Bedroom 1:
This is the main bedroom with a double-glazed window, enjoying lovely mountain views. It has an original feature only fireplace, a double ‘brass style' bed, bed side table, fitted wardrobe space.

2nd Floor Twin Bedroom 2:
This bedroom, with a double glazed window has two white metal frame single beds, bed side table, 4 drawer chest of drawers and a clothes rail with shelf.

Quality bedding and towels are provided.


1 well-behaved small/medium size dog, sorry no puppies, charge applies.

We have a travel cot and highchair available, please bring your own cot bedding and mattress.

NB: There is no parking outside, but the owners provide a parking pass for the main car park only 100 yards away.
