Everything in the apartment is settled up for the guest. This is a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen, dining zone, wardrobe, and seating area with a smart TV.

The property is located in the 150m from the beach and in 30 min walk from Jomas street – the main shopping and restaurant street in Jurmala.

Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
