Located alongside Umdloti Beach, this cozy two-bedroom self-catering
apartment is situated on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast in Durban,
offering an idyllic beachside getaway for friends or families. Cozumel
308 provides a tranquil and relaxing environment that is just a stone’s
throw away from many convenient amenities and attractions.
The apartment’s open-plan design creates a seamless flow of space,
guiding your eyes to the gorgeous balcony with majestic ocean views.
The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials needed to whip
up your favorite dishes, including a washing machine for added
convenience. A 6-seater dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or
quality time together. Relax in the cozy lounge area with TV, or just
unwind while taking in the views from the comfortable couch. The best
feature of the apartment is the balcony, which boasts outdoor
furniture, ideal for hours of relaxation while you take in the
spectacular surroundings.
Both bedrooms offer guests comfortable double beds, with shared
bathroom facilities that include a shower, toilet, and basin. The main
bedroom offers direct access to the balcony through glass sliding
doors, while the second bedroom has large windows that allow for an
abundance of natural light and fresh air.
Additional features of this unit include concierge services, secure
parking, internet access, and a shared outdoor pool. 308 Cozumel is
situated on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift; if the lift is
not working, access involves ten flights of stairs.
In terms of location, the apartment is ideally positioned with easy
access to King Shaka Airport, Gateway Shopping Centre, the Shark Board,
golf courses, Ballito Lifestyle Centre, and the new Marine Walk Mall.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
308 Cozumel is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift; if the lift is not working, access involves ten flights of stairs.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
