Smoking allowed in designated area such as Balcony and outdoor...no parties allowed and very strict policy regarding noise after 22:00, in the apartment is noise detector which will notify us if there is any extreme noise. The apartment is in a building with the majority of elderly people, which is why we place great emphasis on keeping quiet at night and not having any parties. There are also sound sensors in the apartment that will inform us about increased noise and the required steps will be taken on our part.
