Casa Mortella D is a graceful apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps six people. From Casa Mortella D you will have a lovely view of the surrounding hills and of the greenery. Casa Mortella D is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Casa Mortella D is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Mortella D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by awnings. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Garden
The garden is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has two porthole windows. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window, as well as a small high window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has two windows, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
