The villa in Lucca has 5 bedrooms and has capacity for 9 people. The villa is 400 m². Villa Vittoria with swimming pool is located about 4 km from the historical center of Lucca, in the countryside.



Completely independent, villa opens on two floors:

Ground floor: Large entrance hall with French windows looking out the pool side.

Well equipped new kitchen and dining room.

Also on the floor we find a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. In this area also a bath service near the kitchen and a room with a single bed with private bathroom, possibly used by a maid or babysitter.



First Floor: there are 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms:

Pink Room: double bed and terrace view. Private bathroom with bathtub whirlpool and shower.

Yellow Room: Double bed overlooking the terrace. Private bathroom with shower.

Blue Room: Double bed with private bathroom with bathtub.



Downstairs it is possible to use the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Service Bathroom.



Exterior: The house is surrounded by greenery on all sides. The gate is automatic and it is possible parking cars inside.

The swimming pool (7x14 metres) with sunbeds and umbrella.

The patio of the house where there is a table for outdoor dining is on the side of the swimming pool illuminated with interior lights.



Services: Dishwasher, washing machine, unlimited wifi, microwave, oven, kettle.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor.

Daily Garden and Pool Maintenance. Garden robot. BBQ.

Possibility to have extra cleaning, breakfast, lunch or dinner on request with extra cost.

Historical circumstances demanded that Lucca fortify itself, and so its immense artistic and architectural heritage is ringed by a massive circuit of defensive walls.



Lucca sits in the centre of the Lucca plain, a breathtaking landscape that was sculpted by the river Serchio and is dotted with medieval towns.



Lucca has become a shrine for music lovers in recent years, thanks to the Lucca Summer Festival, which gets some of the most famous international artists in the world.



Typical Produce

The Lucchese cuisine is one of Tuscany's tastiest. The stuffed pasta called tordelli is an absolute must-try, as are befanini biscuits, torta co' becchi and the traditional sweet bread buccellato. The saying goes: "Chi viene a Lucca e non mangia il buccellato è come non ci fosse mai stato" (anyone who comes to Lucca and doesn't eat buccellato might as well not have been there). The Tuscan cigar is another of Lucca's prides and glories.
