An excellent location and very clean & spacious. Choice of many pubs, cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk. Parking was very good with a permit at a local car park. Wifi, towels and amenities very very good. We would suggest that you provide a welcome pack with welsh cakes and individually packed tea bags for example. The smell of air fresheners was overpowering and we had to move 10 of them, yes 10 and put them in a bag as it was like being inside a laundry pod! Once we opened the windows the smell soon disappeared. The front room bedroom was very noisy late at night with the pubs and early morning deliveries - however the flat was so great it didn’t really matter. Checking in was a bit of a struggle as there was a lockbox we tried to access as we didn’t realise the door handle was where we needed to emerge the code! And the property managers shut at the same time as the check in time so they should really have an overlap in case this happens or there is an issue on arrival . Maybe change check in to 4.00pm as 5pm really kills the evening. So overall we throughly recommend and would stay again for sure - just be aware of the great amenities and wonderful location and balance that with a few drawbacks
