The toilet seat was broken, the stove starter was broken. One of the balconies face a busy street thus it wasn’t very usable. The worst part was the communication with the property manager. This place is managed by some property management company that replies to your messages with robot texts. It was very frustrating to receive the check in instructions and WIFI instructions as well as any form of communication since the robot message replies just tells me to call one of the local managers. Good luck getting them to reply to you on time. On top of all this, they charge an additional fee thru their portal which was not advertised on VRBO (VRBO listing claims that there aren’t any hidden fees). When asked about it, they threatened that check in instructions will not be sent out unless this fee was collected outside of the VRBO platform. Overall, I would not recommend this place because of the disgusting experience I had dealing with the property management company. The apartment itself was okay.
